Emperor Hotel Group owns this privacy policy (“Policy”) and this Policy applies to all serviced apartments/hotel brands owned by The Unit Serviced Apartments. Below is the Policy and information about how The Unit Serviced Apartments gathers users' information from this site and other websites owned or controlled by The Unit Serviced Apartments (collectively, the “Websites”), why The Unit Serviced Apartments gathers it, and what The Unit Serviced Apartments uses with it.

- The Unit Serviced Apartments – Smart Home System and Seamless Services
With utilizing the smart home system and seamless services at The Unit Serviced Apartments, our staff members and the smart home system occasionally record details of guest preferences and other personal informations about our guests in order to provide a more personalized experience on future visits. This might include your smart home system account details, in-room setting preferences, check-in and check-out time, or other things that are relevant to your stay and make your stay more comfortable. If you wish to have any preferences you would like us to make note of, please let us know at any time.
- Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following ways:
- Reservations
- The personal information you provide to us for making a reservation is made available to The Unit Serviced Apartments for the purpose of meeting your reservation request.
- After your stay we retain your personal information including details of your stay, studio type and amenities used.
- Third Party Agents, Suppliers, Service Providers and Processors:
- The Unit Serviced Apartments uses the services of third party agents, suppliers, service providers, processors, such as market researchers, fulfillment houses, app vendors, website vendors, email service providers and mail houses that process mail, app application and communications for The Unit Serviced Apartments. These parties are contractually prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than for the purposes The Unit Serviced Apartments specifies.
- Business Transfers – as we continue to develop our business, we may sell The Unit Serviced Apartments and other assets, or cease being the manager or franchisor of a serviced apartment that is currently part of our portfolio. In those circumstances, we may include the personal informations collected about you, or control of that personal information, as a business assets in any such transfer. Also, in the unlikely event that we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired, personal information collected from you, or control of such information, may be one of the transferred assets.

Where you make more than one request in quick succession, we may respond to your subsequent request by referring to our earlier response and only identifying any items that have changed materially.
You may request that we correct, cancel, and/or stop processing personal information that we hold about you. If we agree that the personal information is incorrect, or that the processing should be stopped, we will delete or correct the personal information. If we do not agree that the personal information is incorrect we will tell you that we do not agree and record the fact that you consider that personal information to be incorrect in the relevant file(s).

This Policy can be translated into other languages which are provided for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
